Refund policy

We want you to love your Summer Bod. If something isn't right, email us at summerbodau@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Wrong size or change of mind

• Let us know within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
• Once your return is approved, we'll email you the return address. Return postage is paid by you unless we sent the wrong item.
• We'll refund or exchange the item once it arrives back with us.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

• Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
• We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
